About HR Counsel

HR Counsel is a full-service human resources and employment law consulting firm. We work with organizations with fewer than 100 employees to manage their critical human resources needs and can function as:

  • HR consultants
  • Employment law advisors
  • Adjuncts to your existing HR staff

HR Counsel provides affordable executive level human resources talent and employment law expertise to create a viable alternative to a dedicated senior-level HR professional and/or outside counsel for employment law matters. We develop processes to:

  • Contain costs associated with hiring, retaining, and (unfortunately) terminating employees
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Develop strategies to reduce the risk and liability associated with managing your workforce

Our flexible program is structured so you can choose only the services you need when you need them.
